For doing individual business, authorized reseller have signed agreement with PCVARE Solutions via email to resell the software/ products of PCVARE. The reseller list is mentioned on reseller page of PCVARE and it is updated on the basis of joining of new resellers.

PCVARE Guidelines for Refund

The customer as explained in the (above) Section 1.1 has right to give the request to refund for the PCVARE products within 30 days from the date of software purchasing, if you deserve the falls case in the given guidelines

  1. Any misdirected or lost mail
  2. Delays in communication or downloading
  3. Delay due to unseen emails or uncontrolled factor
  4. Once bought the software with complete conversion process and don't need the product any longer.
  5. Purchased the product accidently or don't mean to buy the licensed version.
  6. Product bought for misplace platform.
  7. Purchased product is not suitable for your working environment.
  8. Facing problems to operate process of the product and don't want to use any more.
  9. Weekend delay to provide license of the product.
  10. Due to any reason, fail to activate or download the links of emails.

PCVARE Solutions is not responsible for miss-explanation by the customer of data published as part of promoting the software/product by the PCVARE Solutions. In such case responsibility lies with the customer to achieve the right interpretation from the PCVARE support team staff.

Refund will be applicable when signed "letter of Destruction" in email form is received by the customer. PCVARE should receive the emails on sales@pcvare.com within 30 days from the purchasing date of the product.

Letter of Destruction indicates customer provides in written that the software which purchased by PCVARE has been destroyed from your entire machine where you installed it and also allow an authorized person from PCVARE to do the perfect inspection to the machine to make sure about destruction has been done properly or not and it can happen any time of 1 year from the date of purchased product. Company Inspection can be done without prior notice of the customer.

Refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving the letter of destruction from the customer and any delaying information of refund will be send via emails from PCVARE Solutions.

IF you have got license version of product works but not completely or properly due to any reason then you provide a solution for that.

In the case of fails software license version to execute operations, contact our supports team then they will provide suitable solution for it and then the issue has not been solved & still exists, then we will refund your money.
