Now follow the given steps to import PST file into Office 365

Step 1. Download Import Tool

Firstly, download import tool and protect storage key and for that follow the given steps –

  1. Visit https://protection.office.com site and login with your Office 365 id. Click on Permissions >> Data Management >> Import
  2. On the left side, click Users >> Import. Click on ‘+’ icon and select Ship data on physical hard drives showing under drop down icon.
  3. A new job page will show, click on Download Tool option to install WAImport Export tool.
  4. On ship files page, copy the appeared key and save it in a file
  5. Finally, click on Cancel to close the page.

Step 2. Copy PST file to Hard Drive
